Dr. John Iliadis

Dr. John Iliadis is a Chartered Manager and a Certified CISO with a history of success in Information Security that lies firmly on his 20-year experience in enabling cyber-resilient digital services for tens of thousands of users.

His proven professional track record has been diverse; aligning information security strategy with business, providing stakeholders with informed risk choices towards profitable outcomes, spearheading the design of security architectures, leading teams that ensure secure digital operations, generating OPEX/CAPEX savings through vendor contract negotiation, delivering complex technological changes on time, on budget and on scope, security administration of financial IT infrastructures, performing basic and applied research on Information Security etc.

Currently heading the IT Infrastructure Business Unit at TEIRESIAS S.A. and leading the corporate functions of CyberSecurity, IT Architecture, IT Infrastructure & Operations. He is also currently serving as President of ISC2 Hellenic Chapter BoD, leading a team that has been winning since 2022 multiple global awards for advancing the CyberSecurity profession in the EMEA region.

Previously worked in Information Security R&D, both in the academia and the private sector, publishing 20 research findings internationally and winning the Emerald Literati Highly Commended Award in recognition of information security research.
